Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed, and any balance or bonus credits associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

To register and maintain an Account with ad999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: ad999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended. Any winnings accumulated on an account subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in full.
By clicking to register, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are met. If any of these conditions cease to be met at any point after registration, you must cease using the Platform and notify us immediately.
To access betting and casino features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested in the sign-up form. This includes, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password and confirmation of your date of birth. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ad999 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close the accounts and may withhold associated funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify ad999 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ad999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
ad999 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, after a deposit threshold is reached, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or such other official identity documents as ad999 may specify. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delays to withdrawal processing.
All deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the applicable display currency.
Payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced in the cashier as familiar local context. These references do not imply that those payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with ad999 or gambling operations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
ad999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and provided with an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.
Bets are accepted only when confirmed and acknowledged by the Platform system. A bet is not valid until you receive a bet confirmation reference. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted correctly, including the selection, odds and stake amount, before the event commences.
All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of ad999. ad999 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error or due to a technical fault. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Account Balance.
ad999 offers dedicated markets for Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC World Cup tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team. Cricket market results are determined based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of abandonment, interruption or no-result, specific market rules apply and are disclosed at the point of betting.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors in odds or market configuration; match abandonment without a result; events not commencing within a specified timeframe; or clear and manifest errors in event data. Void bet stakes are returned to the Account Balance and do not count towards wagering requirements.
ad999 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the specific market or in the cashier. Bets placed in excess of applicable limits may be reduced or refused at the discretion of ad999.
ad999 offers a range of live casino games including live dealer roulette, blackjack, baccarat and other available titles. All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer environments, as applicable.

ad999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on low-margin outcomes to clear requirements; coordinated betting across multiple accounts; staking patterns that indicate the primary objective is to convert Bonus Funds rather than genuine participation. Where bonus abuse is identified, ad999 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and suspend the Account pending review.
Important: Deposits of real funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real funds are used first by default unless specified otherwise. Withdrawing your real-money balance before completing a bonus wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ad999.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad999 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ad999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or the email address listed in Section 16. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations owed to ad999.
ad999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ad999 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
ad999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered Users via the email address on their Account.
The effective date of the amended Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ad999 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable at the relevant time.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as overriding any mandatory consumer protection or gambling regulation applicable in the User's jurisdiction.
